To request updates to the directory:
Data from this report is generated through (Datatel) Colleague and cannot be edited by the Web team, UTS, or Human Resources. The original data
must be changed in Colleague. If you notice errors in your own listing or those of your department or location, DO NOT use your own access to Datatel to
make the correction; it is not appropriate to change your own personal records or those of your staff at any time. Instead, do the following:
1. For phone number changes, please contact the UTS Helpdesk at helpdesk@saintleo.edu
2. For changes to title, please complete the Employee Action Form with appropriate approvals and send to Human Resources.
3. For name changes, please contact Human Resources with appropriate documentation.
4. For updates to Center location information, please contact the Continuing Education office.
5. For changes to the departmental page listing, please contact the UTS Helpdesk at helpdesk@saintleo.edu. They will need approval from University Communications or Human Resources before changes are made.
6. For staff/faculty mail codes, buildings/office and familiar names (nickname), please update your information via the Information Change process in the mySaintLeo portal.
