Before completing this form, reserve a room through the R-25 Reservation system. Contact the Assistant Director
of Campus Life at ext. 8856 or student.involvement@saintleo.edu
to submit forms or with any updates or changes to help maintain an accurate listing
on the calendar. More forms can be obtained from the Resource Room in the Student
Activities Building. Forms should be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event
for it to be included. Please note that Calendar items must be received two weeks
from the last day of the month to guarantee placement on the calendar

PUBLICITY GUIDELINES
|
- Events must be approved through the Office of Campus Life prior to being included
in any publicity.
- Channel 96 Ad's must be created using specifi software, flyers or PowerPoint slides
cannot be submitted for posting.
- All informaiton above must be complete or form will not be processed, we must have
the event title, date, time, location, & sponsoring organization, no exceptions.
- Certain events will not be posted, including but not limited to: Off campus social
events, individual fundraisers such as bake sales, or any events that do no adhere
to the University's core values & policies
